Your files arrive in our assessment inbox and are assigned to a named senior consultant, who does the work personally and is your point of contact throughout. They are used only to produce your report, read only by Opticca, and deleted once your assessment is complete.
If a file is missing or unreadable, we email you before the clock starts, tell you which file and what's wrong, and the two business days begin once the corrected file arrives.
