Ansible Automation Sr. Consultant | ONSITE
Position: Ansible Automation Sr. Consultant
We are looking for an Ansible Automation Sr. Consultant to join our Enterprise consulting team. Coveting candidates with a strong vision for embracing disrupting technologies and also should have the application down approach to come up with strong solutions for customers with different needs. As a Senior Ansible Automation Consultant, you will need an understanding of automation tools, processes and methodologies, and how they can be applied within an organization.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 4+ years focused on cloud environments and their supporting infrastructures.
- High expertise and hands-on experience with Ansible infrastructure administration, maintenance, configuration and support.
- Strong experience with automation processes and tools across multiple areas, having participated in the construction of playbooks.
- Satellite/Ansible integration to automate patching/provisioning
- Infra-as-Code for change/config management via AAP
- Potential CI/CD tooling automation
- Ansible integration experience to automate patching/provisioning in AWS and physical environment Identity Management in AWS and physical environment with CAC cards Infra-as-Code for change/config management via AAP
- Satellite & OCP background is highly desirable
- Experience with automated, containerized cloud application platform solutions with a focus on infrastructure concerns including networking, storage, virtualization, security, logging, monitoring, and high availability and system resilience.
- Comfortable with client-facing consultancy roles, proactive, confident, and versatile communication skills.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
- Participate in system design and planning sessions for the development and maintenance of production cloud services.
- Coordinate with other DevOps team members to ensure projects and activities are completed on time and with minimal impact to the business.
- Perform automated tests for performance and functionality. Be able to work on automating QA processes.
