We're hiring a Senior Developer for one of our strategic accounts. This is a long-term contract offer with significant potential for impact. Being a fully remote position, it's designed for professionals in North America who thrive in an autonomous environment and can hit the ground running.

Candidate must be able to work within Eastern and Central time zones.
Candidate must be eligible to work in Canada.
Open to candidates in US or CAN only.

You can expect to

Key Responsibilities:

Follow company software development lifecycle to design, code, configure, test, debug, and document system and application programs.
Assist in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents.
Review functional requirements, analysis and design documents and provide feedback.
Collaborate with other development staff to achieve quality and consistency.
Participate in architecture, design and code reviews.
Develop and maintain operational and system level documentation.

Must haves

Key Skills and Experience:

Proven work experience with Ruby on Rails, Java, Javascript.
Strong knowledge of Linux.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to take good notes and document well.
